Free shipping for orders of $35 or more.  All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days via USPS.  Custom or personalized items require 1-2 weeks for processing.  Once shipped, expect 3-5 business days for delivery for shipping within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to most countries. Most orders take 1-4 business days to ship.  Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. Sniff n Tug is NOT responsible for any customs or tariff fee/import duty that may be imposed. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Shipping cost depends on your exact location and is calculated at checkout. Due to COVID, the estimation for package arrival to an international country varies. Faster shipping options are available on the checkout page for an additional cost.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Did your order not work out?  Bummer!  We aim to please all of our Sniffers and dog parents.  We want to make it right.  That’s why we accept returns postmarked 21 days after receipt of product.  Please see our guidelines below for a successful return:

​

• Please notify us that you are returning the item prior to doing so at hello@sniffntug.com and be sure to include your order number.  We don’t want you to waste postage fees on a non-returnable item.

​

• Unless an item is found to be defective, all items have to be returned in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition.

​

• Items must be free of all debris including pet or human hair.

​

• The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated shipping costs.

​

• Once item is received, we will inspect it to see if it is eligible for a refund.  This process takes 3-5 business days after receipt of return.

​

• We do not accept returns on any custom or made to order items such as pet tags or mugs.

​

• We do not accept returns on final sale items.
